David runs finance and operations, and Jeff dedicates himself to sales and marketing. They collaborate on maintaining a company strategy and a culture devoted to nurturing clients, staff, and the Las Vegas community – supporting each of these groups in realizing its full potential for success.

Both leaders donate their skills and finances to local philanthropic and communal organizations. As a member of the operational board of the Three Square Food Bank, David helped to direct the design and construction of that vital organization’s current location – including its significant technological infrastructure. He also served as Vice -President of Ways and Means Committee for Congregation Ner Tamid and served as an advisor for his fraternity Alpha Epsilon Pi at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Jeff serves on the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, and has been very active in the UNLV Alumni Association, both as a member of its Board of Directors and as a founding member of the Rebel Business Network.
The two business leaders have made Las Vegas a family tradition. David and his wife Shelly raised their three children in Las Vegas, and Jeff and his wife Dina’s two young children are growing up in the city as well. Shelly and Dina both work at NetEffect, making it in fact a family enterprise – but in addition, Jeff and David run their company as if all employees were family. They strive to encourage a work life balance among the team and infuse the workday with individualized encouragement, affirmation, and fun. As a team, NetEffect works to extend this concept of family to how they treat each of their customers. Not surprisingly, they have recently received the Nevada Business’ Family-Owned Business Award ‘It’s Good to Be on Top’, which is awarded to a local family-run business considered at the top of its game.
Jeff and David founded their individual businesses and created today’s NetEffect to serve Las Vegas’ own small and midsize companies. Although they can, and do, support large corporations coming in from the outside, delivering enterprise-level IT to the local SMB remains their top priority and fundamental goal.
